cant get on forum?

hey, i dont really know what to say, but my partner cant get on the forum, she keeps trying all the time but she always gets an error saying database error, but last night she finally got on, she tryed to log on because she joined awhile back but i dont think she posted much anyway, it stayed on thanks for logging in, and wont go onto the forum. i dont know if anyone knows how to fix this?

yea i can on my computer, shes on her own, i dont know if its something to do with the site or her comp/internet
