cant post pics in my journal?

Hi admin, i noticed that when i went to post pics in my journal i couldnt! Is there a reason for this? Am i doing sonething wrong? I go to go advanced and usually theres a manage attatchments button, but when i try its not there..... Can someone help?

To attach you need to use the advance reply.

My go advanced button was hidden, i just pushed the arrow button to make it appear
