Have a one day binge day, and then force yourself to work out the day after to get yourself back on track. I dunno if this will work but I just visualise myself eating whatever food I want and really imagine I'm actually eating it, tasting it and all, and it's almost as satisfying, though a little weird!
Seriously, just have a few days off. Even a week. You'll gain but not by much and your cravings will be gone. Plus every time you binge and feel crappy write down exactly how you feel about yourself and how unsatisfying it is and then read it next time you're tempted.
Yeah I won't have a week off. I love it too much lol. I do weight lifting which is why I'm probably so hungry but still, it wouldn't hurt to let me crave salad rather than chocolate would it
