Can't stop worrying

I can't stop worrying about having a mmc after having my first one around this time last year since then I've had two earlier m/c's where I did bleed and I knew something wasn't right but with first one I didn't find out till 2 days before 12 week scan that baby had died at 9 weeks when I had a tiny amount of spotting.

I'm 8 weeks tomorrow and I saw heartbeat at 6.4 weeks but I can't help thinking that something has gone wrong again and that I wouldn't know about it

I've got another scan on Tuesday when I should be 8.4 but I'm terrified and haven't really got strong symptoms.

Do you know if most m/c's would have bleeding or is having a mmc just as high a chance?

Swanny hun i think that mmc are only 1% of all mc, so no not that common. I know how you feel, im almost 15 weeks and the fear of mmc is still there everyday. What can i say? We will have a long long long pregnancy my dear...

I had a mmc at 6 1/2 weeks in Feb., but didn't find out until 10 weeks. I had no idea - no symptoms of anything going wrong. I am now 14 weeks 3 days and had a good ultrasound at 10 weeks. I have also heard the heart beat several times. I'm like you. I cannot stop wondering if it has happened again - only later this time. I have an OB appt. today and I'm hoping that will ease my mind, but I am worried. I've been awake since 2 a.m. Thank goodness my appt. is at 9.

Thanks for the replies, it's so hard not to worry isn't it. Like you say, think it's going to be a looooooong pregnancy. I even feel like if I get to a sucessful 12 week scan I am still going to be scared to tell people

i was the same hun and to some extent still worry like mad.. i think you have had a mc or mmc then you will always worry a tiny bit x x

My first pregnancy, had a mmc at 10 weeks. Had u/s at 12 weeks, tech did not show me anything on the screen and didnt let OH into the room, boy was i ever pissed. Went to doctors a week later and found out about my mmc. I did lose all pregnancy symptoms before i found out and even said to OH "i dont even feel preggers anymore" ... BUT that being said, this pregnancy i barley have any symptoms. I bought myself a fetal doppler soo that i dont worry as much.
