Can't swallow the fenugreek capsules!

I have a pill swallowing problem and I am unable to swallow these big fenugreek capsules. Today I tried opening one up and just swallowing the herb...I ended up throwing it up because it tasted so nasty.

I really want to up my supply...any ideas? Anything else on the market that can help and isn't so hard to ingest?

I would like to know this too. I have looked online and found one by My Brest Friend and the reviews claim to be easy to swallow, but I personally like to see the image on the side so I can decide if they are easy for me to swallow. I have managed to choke down the ones that Solaray produce, but not very easily. I am wondering how well the liquid works and if it's worth the price.

There is a tea made by Traditional Medicinals called Organic Mothers Milk. I found it at Publix (for those in the Southeast United States and Walmart.
It contains:
Bitter fennel fruit
Aniseed fruit
Coriander fruit
Fenugreek seed
Blessed thistle herb
And a proprietary blend of:
Spearmint leaf
West Indian lemongrass leaf
Lemon verbena leaf
Marshmallow root

I found it to smell a little like licorice but doesn't taste that way. I do have to add some sugar but it helps and much better than trying to swallow a horse pill
