Can't tell when I ovulated??? So many possitive

I went to the obgyn to irregular periods and he tested me for a lot of things (pcos,thyroid...) everything he said was fine.. so he prescribed provera 10mg for 10 days to jump started my period. I started my period 12 days after the first pill 2 after the last. I started taking ovulation tests on CD 7.. I'll include all of them.. it looks like I ovulated twice? Once on cd 10 and again on cd 19..? Please help
