Carley?

What do you think of the name Carley for a girl? Her name would be Carley Kelly-Kennedy x

I love the name Carley...I'm not sure how I feel about the whole name together though, it's too many names ending in "y", know what I mean?
But the name Carley is beautiful.

I like the name Carly -- but agree with the above poster the beginning "k" sound & ending "y" sound is very redundant...

Just Carly Kennedy sounds ok together...

Its just my maiden name is Kelly and my married name is Kelly-Kennedy, though only ever really use Kennedy ( or Kelly when we've fallen out lol) so she would really just be Carley Kennedy. Couldn't really spell her name with a K though for obvious reasons (KKK) ;-0

Personally I would choose a first name that doesn't start with a k sound or end with a y sound and I'd drop your maiden name if you're not intending to use it (what is she gonna do when she gets married?). I'd maybe use Kelly as a middle name though, just without the hyphen. That's just me though and Carly is cute. Maybe you could use a long version of it for her official name? Charlene Kelly Kennedy? Charlotte Kelly Kennedy? Carlotta Kelly Kennedy?

I like that idea: Charlotte Kelly Kennedy with "Carly" as a nickname sounds great! I also prefer "Kelly" as a middle name, in honor of your maiden name.... rather than the baby having a double-barrelled hyphenated last name/surname

I have always loved the name Carly! I especially like your spelling (Carley), it gives it a unique, modern twist. Beautiful name for a little girl!

Carley is a lovely name but agree that Carley Kelly-Kennedy is a bit much for the tongue to get around.

I love Carley but agree with what other people have said about the whole combination.

Maybe Marley or Harley?

Or as someone said - Charlotte with Carley or even Charlie as a nickname

My daughter is a Carly so I'm biased. I think the 3 together is a bit too much but I think Carly Kennedy or Carly Kelly is cute.

Yeah, if we go with Carley it would just be Carley Kennedy anyway. Still not set on a name at all yet. Need to buy a baby name book! x
