Is it ok for my 6.5 month old? Do you give it to your LO?

TIA

It should be fine, unless there is a history of allergies then I would proceed with caution. My youngest hasn't had cashew butter but he has had peanut butter and also ground cashews in homemade 'Parmesan cheese' and we've had no problems at all xx

aslong as theres not nut allergies in family id say its fine. sounds nommy :)

Standard UK advice is that you can introduce nut spreads from 6 months unless there is a history of allergy in your family. Just avoid whole nuts/big chunks as they are a choking hazard. We've given smooth nut spreads to both kids from 6 months, no particular caution needed.

Yep, my daughter loves it and we've been doing it since 6 months. I'm a vegetarian (though she and my husband eat meat), but I don't actually know how to cook meat (and I'm too nervous about not cooking it right for her so I don't try), so it's an easy source of fat and protein for when daddy isn't around to cook her meat.

I want to try this. My LO love peanut butter. Is this near the peanut butter in the supermarket or near the butter butter - if you know what I mean?!

Near the peanut butter, you can also get almond butter too xx cashew nut butter is yummy! Xx

Yep! Found it in the peanut butter/jam aisle in tesco it was £2.39. They also sell in holland and barret.
