Cats eye lids showing

My cat is 4 years old and for the last few days his inner eye lids have been showing.

Is this a cause for concern? He seems ok in himself

Its normaly a sign of stress or illness, worms causeing dehydration is pretty common for causeing this because dehydration makes the muscle behind the membrane shrink.

He has been pestering me for water too. Vets are closed today so will take him tmw
