Definitely sounds like the best idea, but not sure if I have the willpower, ha ha!

I should really wait until 13dpo anyway, as I have a 12 day LP.

If I can give up smoking (been 4 years now) then I'm sure I can give up POAS!

dano did you see my post yesterday about CLEARBLUE and faulty tests..ring them say you got a pencil line they take the batch lot number and send you a digital. Im so upset for you......its so disheartening...

So sorry Dan-o, I would def complain about the tests, as someone else said hey will send you free ones!

I dont wanna sound horrible... but a chemical is prob more likely than faulty tests, especially if you got bfp on FRER and CB. You said this happened last month too? If it happens next month aswell I would get to your doc and see what they say about it hun. But like you say, if you are having chems, like me.. atleast you know you are Oing and CAN get pregnant

Thanks guys I have had a faulty CB, it had a thin blue line on only one side of the +, I complained & they sent me a new one (deffo worth complaining!) I'm going to stick with the internet cheapys from now on, at least I can afford to do two or three if one looks faulty xx

The HPT has a light but definite pink line & the OPK is almost postitive.
Exactly the same as this time last month.

What a nightmare, thats two chemicals in a row now.

I have a hunch that my hormone levels are too low to sustain a pregnancy, my temps are suspicioulsy flat. I'm going to my gp this afternoon, bet she does sod all.

sounds exactly like me.....i get bfps , faint lines every blinkin month, then nothing at around 14dpo...

worth being sent to a fertility specialist....may wait a while but then you can have some bloods done and further investigations. Might lead to unexplained, but at least it will put your mind at rest

Some woman secrete a small amount of hcg normally. More then 2 MIU which can cuase a false positive. Also if you are on hormones from youre doctor it can also cause a false pos. Good luck hun

My doctor told me to retest in a week & come back if still positive.
She wasn't very sympathetic.
She also told me that if next week's test is negative, to stop temping & using OPK's & only to test when period is late from now on, so the chemicals are out of sight out of mind as it were.

I'm not on any hormones, but interested to learn about some women secreting some HCG naturally, that could explain a lot!
