CD 12 Buddies Wanted!

Hey everyone! I'm on CD 12 and I really want to find someone to buddy with for support and encouragement. I'll be using preseed and I've been using OPK's this round so I'm hoping for that BFP!

Anyone in the same boat as me ?

Yay!! Me too ! I've been doing OPK's for the last 2 days and they have been negative. I'm hoping that I'll get a positive one by this weekend and that way me and my OH can BD the whole weekend! Haha

How long have you been trying and have you done testing or anything yet? If you don't mind me asking!

I am cd11 today me & dh been trying for about 3 yrs me 38 dh 39 our first, I had my hsg late sept all clear now waiting for my next appointment which is Monday to see what the next step will be? Doc said they don't think that there's a prob will me o so maybe Ivf will be an option.
I seem to be so confused with the whole o timing as I seem to get o pains every month around cd14 but have had no luck getting a bfp, the doc also informed me that I have a low cervix????? Which she said maybe due to me not having had children ???(confused me as maybe should have be high at that time) how long have you been trying?? Xxx

I have been trying for 13 months now, I had an HSG, MRI of my brain to check for pituitary problems (which were confirmed), I had a lot of bloodwork and also a pelvic ultrasound. All of my reproductive organs look great but my pituitary gland has a tumor on it (they're always benign) but they cause infertility but are treated with medication.

When I went in for my HSG I was also told that I had a deep cervix and the doctor was surprised by this because he said that he normally only see's that in woman who have already had a c-section and I have no had one of those. He said it shouldn't interfere with TTC though.

I think maybe if you don't have anything wrong your doctor may put you on clomid. I see a lot of woman throughout this website who try clomid before IUI or IVF and a lot also have success is conceiving with just that medication.

Hey ladies I am CD 14 and no pos. OPK for me yet either...but I'm on Clomid so no telling when it'll be this time on it! Last time I O'd CD 14 and had first pos. OPK on CD 13...looks like this time it's taking a bit longer to O ....so I'm right there with you girls

What # cycles are all of you girls on? I am on 18th cycle FX for you all!

I just recently had HSG 2 months ago (Either left tube was blocked or spasmed)....and using soft cups and pre seed. Also have progesterone for once I ovulate! If it doesn't happen this cycle in 2 cycles from now I'll be doing IUI!

I'm cd 14, my story is a long sad tale... been trying for a baby since May 2009, 12 months of just NTNP before I discovered bnb, we just used to DTD in the middle of my regular cycle and expected it to happen. It didn't happen do we then had 7 months actively TTC with every possible fertility aid you can imagine, I was then lucky to conceive in November but sadly lost my daughter in April. I am now on cycle 7 again TTC and feeling like it will never happen. I am also now 35 years old so time is ticking on!

I am not sure if I fit in here as I have been pregnant so apologies if I have upset anyone by coming in but I do feel that LTTTC is where I'm at as I have been trying to have a baby for such a long time and I still don't have one at home

First off, I'm so sorry for the loss of your daughter. I think you belong here, there are many ladies on here that have lost and are still trying and they're in this forum. Are you seeing a FS at this point in your TTC journey? If not you should because they could at least put you on clomid or something to possibly help you in the event that something is wrong hormonally.

Thanks hun. To be honest, I am terrified to go to the docs incase they tell me something is wrong. My consultant in April told me to come back if I hadn't conceived by October but I have been putting it off in my head. Does that sound crazy as I want a baby more than anything else in the world x

I really think you should go. As scary as it is and I totally get it because I used to put off going to the DR's just in case they told me something bad, it's better to know if something is wrong that way you can fix it. I mean they have so many options and a lot of woman are able to conceive through IVF, but that's WORST CASE SENARIO! Don't mean to yell and I'm not just saying!! They can help you get your baby =D

You should go, it would make me happy if you went just so that you can get answers and stop wondering all of the time.

Glad to hear you're going to call after this cycle

I'm doing okay today. I started classes today at my college so I'm pretty excited about it and it should get my mind off of everything going on with this TTC stuff!!

I have a consultation with my FS to go over all of my test results on November 7th so being back in school should keep me VERY busy and I won't even notice the time until the appointment. YAY!

Thanks for your reply, I am cd 12 today and been having cramps all day on my left side maybe o , it's all so confusing I to never thought it would be this difficult getting preg but have only just started taking notice of this baby making thing seriously now as I'm not getting any younger and time really does fly, every month getting that bfn and before you know it a year has gone passed!
Anyway good luck and we can be buddies on this road to our bfp xxx

I know what you mean, when I started TTC last October I was like okay a few months and I'll be pregnant and my life will change forever. Little did I know it's much more complicated then that!

I still haven't seen a positive!! I'm the same, was really hoping today would be the big O day but nope

Not at all! I have been trying seriously for 13 months but I came off the pill 23 months ago. I have PCOS & am on my first round of Clomid so really this is like the first month that we've had a good chance. Also DH has issues so we are only doing it every other day to conserve swimmers. X

Ah it's so complicated and trying for 13 months is crazy! Sorry to hear about your PCOS but I've come across a lot of ladies on here who have PCOS and end up conceiving! Keep your hopes up because you're not alone.

And at least your hubby had some swimmers! I've talked to this one lady whose husband had no viable spermies and they had to use a donor for that part. Whenever you think your situation is bad (I know I get really depressed about mine) there are other people struggling more than you so I remind myself that people have it worse and that it can still happen!
