CD 19 and feel like my period is coming!

Hey girls.. So I'm feeling better about the situation I was in about being bitter towards other pregnant women and ones with kids.. So anyway.. We're just taking it easy and just having fun and setting other goals in life.. But any who..

Today I'm on CD 19.. I have PCOS and I started a diet to regulate my hormones instead of meds.. So this month we had on CD 8.. Felt ovulation cramps on CD 13 along with EWCM..So today at work my lower back started hurting but I thought that was just from work but later on that day my whole entire lower back, hips and lower stomach starting hurting like AF is coming.. Cramps and backache is so bad I thought I needed to take midol.. Has anyone else have this? I'm miserable just like the first day of AF minus the red..Also my nipples have been very sensitive.. Sorry if TMI!

Thats how I felt around implantation with my BFP but it can also be from recent or impending ovulation.
