CD 38 and still no O?! What to do?? Going crazy

Hi all, not sure what to do in this situation!

I am on CD 38 and still not ovulated. It has been a weird cycle as I had some very strange very light spotting mixed with ewcm starting on CD26 and this lasted for 6 days. I thought it was ovulation spotting, although I have never had this before, because I usually ovulate around CD25. Well I'm sure I didn't ovulate because I usually get really sore bbs the day after I O. I wasn't temping at this point because I was giving myself a 'cycle off' temping over the Xmas holiday.

So when nothing had happened by CD33 I started temping and confirmed that I hadn't O'd yet. I don't understand what my body is doing?! I have been having loads of ewcm this whole time, but negative opks.

Anyone got any idea what is going on? I don't know what to do at this point, I had planned to start taking Vitex on my next cycle but not sure if I should start taking it now? I'm going crazy with all this I wish my body would just do what it is supposed to do!!!

How long are your cycles usually? Mine are typically 28-30 and I never got a pos OPK this month (I don't temp) but then got some little pains on CD 22 (Saturday) thinking maybe it was a late ov? But if you normally ov on day 25 then you must have very long cycles so maybe it's just a weird one this time. It def happens every once in a while!

my cycles are usually between 34-40 days long. i must add i have endometriosis and only one fallopian tube (due to ruptured ectopic).

anyone taking vitex that could give me advice on when to start? Should i just wait this cycle out? I just feel like I am never going to O!
