CD 63 give me a break!!!

I had a D and C on 19th Nov and am going out of my mind waiting for I have never wanted to see her soooo much

I am stuck in limbo land and don't feel like I can look forward at the moment. Surely it was enough to take my baby away from me but now I am going through this. I should be half way through my 3rd cycle now not waiting to finish my first.

All I want is to be pregnant again

I am so sorry for your loss and only hope that your af arrives soon. Have you been back to EPAU or the doc to see if they can give you anything to start the period? Perhaps your hormones just need a kickstart? Have you also done a preg test to check it is negative. If its still positive maybe there is some tissue left behind thats releasing hormones and not causing the period not to start? I don't know as I am not a medic - but I would deffo get an opinion.

I can also sympathise, I had my D&C on 17th Nov, and was absolutely devastated to lose my very first baby at 8 weeks. My af arrived about 5 weeks later but then I got an awful infection (unbelievable abdominal pains) and have pretty much been on antibiotics since then - plus I have had an ongoing bouts of thrush and cystitis Went to Holland and Barratt today and lovely assistant advised cranberry supplements and Yakult to get me back to normal - and so far I feel tons better

It will get better for us - be hopeful and positive. Hugs to you xx

I'm sorry you are going through this I had my D&C on Nov. 19th as well and my first cycle came 4 weeks and 4 days later. That cycle lasted for 33 days, and my I just finished my 2nd cycle at 32 days. I am on the 2nd day of my 3rd cycle.

Have you talked to your doctor to see if they can get things going for you, or to see what is going on?

That is a long time to wait. I would definitely see what your doc says. I've seen situations where they can assist in making her show.

oh hun, im so sorry for ur loss. really know how ur feeling waited 9 weeks for my first af and my shortest cycle has been 47 days. deffo give ur doctor a ring. they should give u something to kickstart af again xx

Sorry Hun, i believe you should contact ur Gp straigtaway, also carry out a preg test again to ensure everything is out.....I feel ur pain too & know how annoyng it is. Had a MCs 24 Nov...af came 25 Dec & just stopped like last week, turns out Infection & doc gave antibotics, feel beta..

Take it easy but try & get beta properly as in inside

I had positive HPTs until just over 6 weeks after MMC. I went to the doctor last saturday an they told me to wait 2 more weeks. I have an appt booked Friday and I am not leaving till they do something!!!!

glad to hear it hun. when i had my d&c i was given a leaflet saying if af doesnt come within 6 weeks ring epu. so i did, and they told me to wait a couple more weeks and then call again or make docs appointment. so when i eventually went to docs they still didnt seem bothered! Deffo put ur foot down, they dont realise how important it is to us!!

Babybell, I hear you!! I miscarried naturally Nov. 30th at 10 weeks (baby only 6 weeks 4 days) and have yet to get my period. It will be 8 weeks tomorrow, making today CD 55. I'm going insane waiting. It's SO hard. I called my doctor 1 week ago today and she said to wait another MONTH. *sigh* I take preggo tests every Sunday since my husband and I are NTNP, but all have been negative. 2 weeks ago, I started light cramping and brown spotting only when wiping. That lasted for 5 days and went away. It was never enough to wear anything, so I'm pretty sure that's not considered a period. Just want to scream! I want my body back. I can't move on and get past this miscarriage until I get my period or a BFP. Fingers crossed for both of us!

me too I am going to have a tantrum on Friday if they try and fob me off.

Silverfair its so hard isn't it I just what AF to show then I can focus on TTC. I have had cramps for the last couple of weeks that seem to be getting worse and more constant so hopefully it means she is on her way.

3 of my closest friend are pregnant at the moment and it is so hard seeing them. I spent the day with them all last week and it was really tough.

I have been using OPKs but no sign of O but I could have missed it as I haven't tested every day. I just feel so let down by my body - first the miscarriage and now this!!!

Fx it happens soon and I'll let you know what the doc says.

Just got back from my appointment - the doc was really lovely and I had some bloods taken. they are testing for PCOS, Thyroid problems and a full hormone profile.
He said if they come back fine then he can refer me to a fertility specialist to see wht the problem is.
He said he could give me a shot of progesterone to bring on AF but that would not deal with the underlying cause.
I feel so down today and was in tears at the docs. It is so hard.

At least you're getting some tests done. That's forward momentum! Try to focus on that - just small goals one step at a time. It's all that gets me through the days. If I still don't have my period in 2 more weeks, I will have run out of possibilities to get me through. I'll have to demand some tests at that point. Good luck with your results!

I am also really glad that you now have got an opinion. This is real progress. I say get a nice chick flick, stay at home with heating on full blast, bucket of popcorn and treat yourself to a cosy night in. Take care and my thoughts are with you xx

I had my blood results back and everything is normal. Got the docs on Monday so I will see what he says.
Its now CD77!!!! I have had cramps all week and twice slight brown spotting - yesterday and today but all seems to have gone now and the cramps have eased off!
Did anyones first period start off like this?
I am going mad waiting
