Cd 7, bad cramping after light period?!?

Hi ladies. I'm on what I believe to be cd 7.

My af came but was different to usual, not lasting as long and the colour and consistency of the blood been different. My af lasted just over 2 days of flow then turned to brown spotting for 3 days. We dtd last night for first time after af and today I'm cramping like mad. Actually quite painful, not so bad when stood up. I actually did a pregnancy test 2 days ago (was still having some spotting) and it was negative. Could it be related or just got belly ache lol!

Just after this strange af and having few other symptoms like not sleeping, headaches, back ache and such. I know the only way to know is to test but has anyone had anything similar x

Not sure what it could be, maybe it is belly ache/intestinal?
I was going to suggest ov pains but CD7 is probably way too early.
