CD14 of 32, is this a positive opk?

So it's CD14 of a 31 / 32 day cycle. Is this a positive opk?? How is that possible with a cycle as long as mine??? Today was supposed to be the first day I test with my opk's.

I know the second line always shows up with these but it looks exactly the same as the control line. That would mean it's positive right?
