CD16, is this finally a positive OPK?

Hi, I've only just begun using OPKs this cycle. I don't have much experience with them so any input would be appreciated I've been using the OPK since CD10. I test once a day at around 8pm as I'm at work all day. Since I started testing I barely got a line at all. Then yesterday at CD16 I got a strong one. I normally have a 27 day cycle with the occasional 31 days.

It looks to be a shade lighter then the control line so Id say its not positive but so close that if you did one now it may well be positive. Id say get bding..

Thanks so much for replying I actually already took another one today. And it looks almost the same, maybe slightly lighter. I included the test I took the other day this time for comparison. Now my questions is, if this is still a negative, when will I most likely ovulate? I'm already at CD17 today and if I ovulate any later, wont my luteal phase be too short for conception since my cycle is normally 27 days?
