CD21 Blood Test in the UK?

Hello ladies! I have had a CD21 blood test so many times now, but I am completely forgetful on how fast it comes back! This is requested from my FS on the NHS - just wondering if I should bother picking up the phone and call the next day or does it take much longer?

I email my FS 2 days after blood test she always gets bk to me day after email. So 3 days after bloods xx
