Hi ladies, today i went to blood test to see if I ovulated

the results: E2 -583
PROGESTERON - 29.3
what do you think? did i ovulate? I need help! thx!

How long are your cycles are they 28 days? And were you tracking ovulation? The bloodtests are done at 7 days past ovulation or expected ovulation. And day varies depending on the cycle length.

Did the doctor not confirm it either way? If I remember rightly it needs to be over 30 ,when mine was borderline they would ask me back two days later just incase it was the start of my surge. Ask your doc for advice.

30 is usually for assisted cycles, when ovulation is triggered via meds or shots. For natural ovulation i think anything above 20 is a good number. However you need to make sure you get tests done at 7dpo because levels are max at that point.
