CD3 today - trying soy - anyone want to buddy?

Not tried soy before so will see how it goes. The capsules are alarmingly large though - nearly gagged when taking it!

I also tried soy for the first time this cycle! (CD 3-7; 80mg, 80mg, 120mg, 160mg, and 200mg) How did you take them?? Similar? I'm currently on CD 9 and feeling a lot of pressure in my ovaries... OPKs are getting there, but not quite as dark as the control line yet... hoping within the next couple days!

Can I join ladies!

I am cd3 today and have decided to start soy today just taken my first dose woop woop!

I have started with 80mg but still not sure what to take tomorrow eeeek...

I was thinking of upping it by 40mg daily but not exceeding 200mg so cd 6 and 7 would bee 200mg, but i'm not sure if this will be too much?

And adv would be much appreciated!

I am starting it now I am going to do cd 2-6 160 160 160 200 200.
and I ovulate on my own so well see hopefully I get a few big eggs.

I normally ovulate on cd17 (30d cycle) so hoping this will make ovulation stronger and maybe bring it forward a day or two!

I am just impatient this month!

I would LOVE to have more soy ladies on here! I'm going crazy with all these light cramps!!! (CD11 today)... Still not positive on my opks, but hopefully I will get there!

I also had a normal cycle, but was hoping for a super powered egg this month! Hopefully it doesn't mess with my normalness!
