If I put another high temp in it moves it to cd89 x

If you ask me I feel cd89 looks more promising to be the o day. Just with your dark opks and the blob of ewcm x

Yeah I think because I have such long cycles my lh don't go high enough for them opks to pick up so I think I'm best of with the 40miu or the 30miu high sensitivity opks or maybe my body struggles to ovulate x x

I've had some more cramping in my sides hopefully its a good thing but me and OH bd again anyway just incase! will be interesting to see what my temp will do tomorrow x x

As I remember my opk wasnt as dark as my shorter cycles when I got my smiley...maybe compare yours to it?

This is what my opks use to look like just after I come off the pill they where like that for about 2 or 3months then my cycles where all over the place and Didn't do them anymore I had very strong ovulation pain then x

Ok..... So looking through your chart first off to check those ch, I'd make a note of where everything goes (the green boxes) and remove the lot except temps....
This will tell you by temps alone if you ovulated.

If they stay, put all the info back in.....

You have dotted ch lines cause you had fertile cm after o and cause you have a negative opk on o day.. Make a note of it and take it out
