I find the first week of my cycle kind of cleansing and a bit of a break. Am I the only one?
You can't do anything about anything, just pop a couple Advil for the first couple of days, some pads for a bit and then a few days of rest, just taking temps. Not much can happen so I actually find it relaxing! No pressure, lol.
Had my first watery CM today though so that rest may be over! Good luck to you all this time around! I'll be here hovering on occasion.
