Hi there, can anyone recommend a good hypnotherapy/ relaxation CD? I've just been searching the net but thought I'd see if I can get any recommendations first. I'd like one that's specifically for TTC if possible. Thanks!x

Thanks muncho, I was considering the zita west one. I've also seen some on amazon (am I allowed to say that? sorry if not.) there are quite a lot of different ones but the one I really fancied is out of stock. its called 'Getting pregnant: hypnotherapy for fertility and conception'. I think I could still order it and it would be delivered when its in but I was wanting to get one soon!

Does anyone else use these CD's?

I've got a few but my favourite one is called 'Fertility' by Tina Taylor & Nick Kemp - It has 2 sessions on it both fertility related Here's a link to it www.justbewell.com/hypnosis_fertility_hypnotherapist.html I think you can probably get it on Amazon too and it might be cheaper.
