Cervix low and open

Is this a bad sign? I have alot of CM down there, so much that my pants get wet about 10 times day.. So surely the plug must be forming?

I've had a baby in 2008 and my last pregnancy ended in a misscarriage in september. Are either of these linked to my cervix being the way it is?

I don't have experience with this, but didn't want to R&R...If it helps, my cervix has been changing throughout my pregnancy.
