Change in jobs advice

Hey girls,

I'm pretty much at the end of my tether with the company I work for. They've done nothing wrong but it's just the job I'm in. I've moved around a few times within the company (pretty much everyone does, it's the only way to progress) but the job I do I've no passion for, it's very techy and I'm sick and tired of the company ensuring people have goals which you have to meet yearly. I'm happy being one of those robot type employees but you can't do that, you get marked down for it.

Am I being silly? I would rather be in a job which is simple and won't ever change, I've had tonnes of jobs so I'm at a stage in life where I just want a basic routine when it comes to work, none of this "push you out of your comfort zone" talk.

My only problem is pregnancy. I recently had a loss a couple of weeks ago and during that wonderful time when cupcake was here hubby and I decided when I go on maternity leave that I'd return to that job only part time which I was happy to do. But now cupcake is no longer here I sort of feel pressured into staying in this job until I can fall pregnant again, otherwise I'll lose out on my maternity rights.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? is it wise to stay if I don't like the job just so I have some comfort in maternity pay or is it just as beneficial to get out into another job and I'll still get some decent pay.

please help!!!!

oh need to add - we are ttc immediately, I so want a baby badly
