Change in poos.. and mood?!?

Just wondered if this means anything or anyone has had similar experiences..

My LO was (sort of) in a routine for a few weeks, 3 naps a day, all roughly same time, similar length. One poo a day, normally at same time..

Now.. for the last week she has been all over the place. Short cat naps at random times, waking grumpy, not settling for naps, and about 5 poos a day.

She is exclusively BF, and now she often has lots of bottom wind and makes faces.. it sounds like the nappy is going to be full to the brim, but when I get it off, it's only really a skidmark! Just all air... She's getting a bit of nappy rash too.

Could it be my diet?? I don't think I've really changed anything though...

I want my happy little girl back!!!
