Change owner of long term thread please

Hi can you change the ownership of the June Jitterbugs 2013 thread from Phantom to myself please. She sadly had a loss and so it's unfair for her to have to update people's details on the front page.

I will pm admin currently online too incase this isn't where I should have put in the request.
