changing formula

I was just wondering... we are using aptimil at the moment but Oliver is a bit colicy and i was told maybe to try a different formula... so my OH bought cow and gate formula.
And i am just wondering should i finish the box of aptimil that i have open at the moment and then start Oliver off on the cow and gate when we have finished this box?
Orr... Should i just change him straight to it?

Hi i give a night time feed of aptimal comfort and was going to change to cow and gate comfort, however when i looked at the nutritional info the ingredients/amounts were exactly the same and i've since heard they are made by the same company so figured they were the same milk, nolt sure if it's the same for the regular formula but might be worth comparing the two to see
