So...i need to loose weight!
Starting Weight Watchers tomorow.:thumbup:

Current weight: 12st 12lb
Current BMI: 29

Goal weight (by Christmas): 11st

Going to do a weigh in every week on a Tuesday(as i started on a tuesday)

Starting tomorow Tuesday 6th October :happydance::happydance::happydance:
 
Bless my OH for helping me with my diet!

He is...as we speak....hiding the biscuits and the huge bar of galaxy he bought!
Hope he doesnt hide them in the kitchen bc it is very small and i would end up finding it by accident :dohh:

Exited to start dieting tomorow :happydance:
 
Okay,so i figured out my points allowance and its 19

Also,i havn't done any excercise for a loooong while:blush:
So im starting with 30 sit-ups,30 squats,10 push-ups and 15 bicep curls(on each arm) :happydance:

So far so good this morning...

Breakfast: 1 slice of Honeydew Melon (1 point)
Handfull of Grapes (0 points)
Cup of Tea with Milk (1/2 point)

Lunch: 1 can of WeightWatchers veg soup (1+1/2 points)
Small portion of new potatoes (1 point)
1 small glass of Pineapple Juice (1/2 point)

Snack: 2 Weightwatchers rasberry and white chocolate cookies (1+1/2 points)
okay,i needed something sweet:blush: But i avoided th choccy and had weightwatchers biccies insted :happydance:

Dinner: 1 medium beef rump steak (5 points)
Homemade tomato pasta (3 points)
Glass of water (0 points)

Made a vow not to eat after 8pm so looks like a successfull first day!:wohoo::wohoo::wohoo:

Total Points Used: 14
Points Left Over: 5
 
So day 1 went great! :happydance:

Today i more or less skipped breakfast as OH let me have a lie in and i didnt wake til 11am :dohh:

Mid Morning: Glass of Apple juice (1 point)

Lunch: 1 packet of Bachelors Savoury Chicken Rice ( 6 points)
Glass of water (0 points)

Snack: Slice of Melon (1 point)

Dinner: Pork Sandwich with Gravy (1 point for gravy,5 points for loin chop,2 points for bread roll)

Bit naughty with the pork sandwich there but couldnt resist! And im still within my points allowance :D

Total Points Used: 16
Points Left Over: 3

Day 3 and i still dont feel the urge to binge on anything sweet yet! So far so good :D

1 Glass of Apple Juice (1 point)
Dinner:Weightwatchers chicken curry (4+1/2 points)
Glass of water (0 points)

Points left over: 9
