Hi all,

I'm thinking about charting next cycle (if AF shows as I expect her to). The only thing is that after a couple of surgeries I had, it's left me with a smaller and more sensitive bladder than normal. The end result is that I typically pee at least 2 times every night, but often 3 (in a 7 hour sleep). Will this mess with my temp? Basically, I am up about every 2-3 hours so my first morning temp isn't exactly what it would be for people who slept all the way through.

Just wondering if there is even a point in charting in that situation?

I can tell you that I get up in the middle of the night and my chart looks fine. You may not get the true BBT however it will be consistent for you. I don't really care that I may not have my totally accurate BBT but it's the overall pattern that counts. I believe the difference in temps will be minimal.

It will be consistant FOR YOU so it will work fine. :)
