Wifey I have been temping - usually I have a clear ovulation shift but not this time.

AND the mystery has deepened ... I only had a little bit of bleeding. Spotting, and no more other than the bit I first saw.

Temp went down a bit this morning but is still up above where the coverline usually is. Usually coverline is at 36.0

I know this is a long shot, but what if on CD 35, i actually did ovulate but my temps are just a bit wierd? IF I did ovulate around that change in pattern on CD 35, the spotting happened at what would be DPO 8, which would be good timing for implantation bleeding?

I'm driving myself crazy I know, wierdo cycle!

Sheece - well, considering weirdo cycles definitely happen, it's entirely possible. Did your spotting start on the same day AF was expected?

Well if I did ovulate on CD 35, the spotting was 2 - 3 days before AF due, usually I have a 10 / 11 day LP. So around about the right time frame!

Well this morning I had more spotting - but it wasn't really blood it was (tmi) the watery brown discharge I usually get at the end of a period.

Tested anyway and I feel like i see the faintest shadow line ever on it. But I got that last cycle too and it was nothing so I don't know what to believe :/ Will see if AF progresses today I guess.

Fingers crossed for you Sheece. My AF came big time today. Looks like I've had consistent 26-day cycles for the past two months now, for whatever that's worth. I'm trying to hold onto the stat I read recently that something like 80% of women who are TTC succeed in the first three cycles. Hard to believe, but at least it suggests everything is pretty normative at the moment.

The consistancy is good! I took my consistant cycles for granted ha ha, as soon as we started TTC they went bonkers.

Do you temp or anything like that to track ovulation?

I haven't heard that stat, I like it, gives me confidence! 3rd time is a charm after all

AFM: well, had the colposcopy today, they took two biopsies. Should know in a couple of weeks if they come back high grade or cancerous or whatever.

Abennion - fingers crossed they come back with nothing to worry about!

Sheece - at first I thought I could see a really discreet line when I tilted my laptop screen to the left (usually the moving the screen around helps me see) but then couldn't see it again afterwards. I took a screenshot and changed some colour dimensions of the image and can kind of see why it looked like the line. There's some mild discoloured pixelation with partial straight edges between them. Crappy description, I know, but I have no idea how to post photos!

And no, I don't temp or anything else, but I did just get some Wondfo OPKs so will be using those once AF is over. I'll probably give those a month or two and invest in a BBT thermometer if that doesn't work out. Also thinking about checking my cervix out but I'm not sure I want to know what it's like in there!

Abennion - hope the results will be all good. Did they say anything about potential pregnancy?

Geargia - have you seen this site? https://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test/brands.php Not sure if that brand will be on there but you can get an idea of how good some of the cheap brands are like.
