Oh and the other weird thing is that II've been getting near positive opks for the past 3 days. I never get full positives when I ovulate , always near positives, so it's like a true positive for me if that makes sense.

I've gotten near positives once, 2 days after ovulation before, but that's it, so it's weird!

Sheece - sorry it's really hard to tell if you've o'd or not. Have you had any progress with the opks? Any true positives yet?

Just to add another twist to the tale, I was looking at my temps over all, and my temps during my period were higher than usual. Something told me to do a HPT this morning, and well ..

it was positive!

!! I'd only be DPO 6 if my ovulation was when I thought it was, and with my temps I am thinking it wasnt, so I wonder if this is a postive from last cycle?? My period was a little bit lighter than usual but not enough to make me question it.

I have another test I bought to work because I emptied my pee cup before I saw the result! I'm in denial, but surely that can't be an evap?!

OMG Sheece! That's amazing!! I can't believe that you're getting a BFP that dark at this "early". Unless it is from last cycle, but then I would have thought it would be darker. I'm so confused, but so excited for you!! *blown away*

I'm a bit worried about that too, I don't see how I could get a positive at 6dpo? When ive been getting near positive opks (even today) since 1dpo at least.

The tests do look darker in person though.

I have a digital at home that will tell me the weeks so I'll take that and fingers crossed!

I was doing some reading and I actually have come across several threads where women have said they got a faint bfp as early as 5dpo. Even though all the literature says you can't implant until then, I'm beginning to suspect that in some cases you can implant as early as 4dpo. And if you had a decent amount of hcg to begin with, or you have a quick rising hcg, then that's possible. Either that or you were pregnant last cycle. I had a friend who had a regular full period the first month she was pregnant which is why she didn't know she was pregnant until a month later. They didn't realize until she went in for her 8week sonogram and realized there was a 12wk baby in there!

So it is possible. . . .

I feel like its more likely I'm pregnant from my last cycle - FF hadn't even picked ovulation this cycle yet.

That and my temps only went below coverline twice since my last ovulation hmm.

Hoping the darkness of the tests doesn't matter too much. I mean, it is dark! Way darker than it should be for an early positive. and the FRER was taken only an hour after the first test so not much of a hold either.

I've booked in with the doctor for Wednesday so I'll try to stop googling everything in the meantime

AF is here. Blah. Called the fertility clinic and have my first appointment scheduled for Wednesday 9am. No food/drink after midnight the night before except plain water (how will I survive without my morning coffee?!!?). No sex or exercise for at least 24 hours before (I'm more upset I have to skip my gym day on Tuesday ).

Currently waiting to hear back from the radiology facility to schedule my dye test. And apparently I cannot have intercourse at all between now and when the dye test is done at all! The dye test is supposed to be somewhere between CD5-10 so this could be a long stretch. Poor DH. We'll make up for it when my fertile period hits.

Sheece So exciting!! Can't wait to hear what the doctor says!

Omg sheece!! Congrats! I'm seriously wondering if I might be in the same boat as af is 4 days late. No bd this cycle though but I did have a light af so wondering if I might have actually caught last cycle. I darent test though!

Yes I'm very glad to be able to start my testing. I just spent a couple hours on the phone trying to get my dye test scheduled and dealing with my insurance. Finally called my clinic back and they referred me to a different clinic that they said is much cheaper and easier to work with. They booked me in minutes, no problems. I'll doing that test on the 12th.

Ooo broody, I say you should test!

I took a digital and another frer this morning - frer was lighter, but the line was thicker, and the digital said pregnant, 1 - 2 weeks!

I was expecting it to say 3+ weeks :/

Going to take another frer with SMU shortly, in case thats a better reading, but hoping im just reading too much into things here, and the digital just isnt very accurate, or I have slow rising HCG? I still can't see on my chart that I have ovulated this month!

Edited to add - I just took the SMU test & it was a bit darker, not a whole heap though. Going to try to stop obsessing over line colour, and wait for the doctor!!

Sheece - if you can't pinpoint when you od then you may be a higher DPO than you're thinking which wouldn't make this sound as crazy early to get a +hpt. And your 1-2 weeks digi would be about right too. When are you seeing the doc?
