Cheers to BFPs in 2-0-1-6!

You're so on it, Abe! Can NOT wait to see how this goes for you. I think IVF/ICSI will get you that BFP easily. Eeee! :happydance:

I thought that too after finding out that I'm not doing well on 100mg this time. At first, I knew he did that because I responded well to 100mg last time; but now I feel like he should've just upped it to begin with since I had to stair-step last time. Looks like I'll stair-step again and hopefully respond just as well, if not better. I hate how long these cycles are and so much waiting. I don't want to do it again. I'd rather move on to something with a better success rate. I had an OAR (Ovarian Assessment Repot) done in the beginning and it was excellent/above avg in terms of egg quantity and likeliness for egg retrieval, etc. So I think I'd be a good candidate for IVF. I just can't imagine paying for it though.

angel get ready for 8 more months of being a pin cushion...lol...its the part they dont tell you about being pregnant. but you will enjoy it as you getting a cute little bundle at the end.
sheece how are you? your temps were all over the place?

Well, FF gave me crosshairs ... for 24 hours :dohh: temp wemt dowm a little bit today and it took them away. I had 4 days of rising temps before then so who knows what its doing :/

sheece our bodies just tend to do their own thing. just when you think you have everything under your thumb, its makes you sit and scratch your head.

I had my first Ultrasound yesterday at 4W+6. They found the gestational sac, and doctor says everything looks really good for where I'm at. I'll have an US weekly now until 12weeks. I'm so happy (feel like I'm getting the royal treatment, all these US!), DH is more worried abouat taking all the time off work ,but they went ahead and scheduled us out for the whole 12 weeks so that after next week we cna get the latest appointment they have (3:30) which means we won't have to take off a lot of time - I just have to leave right after classes end and DH will just have to take off an hour early. That'll be a lot easier on us than these half days I've been having to take because we can't get a Sub for less than half a day.

Sheece - wow what a pain! Looks like you might be getting some EW again, hopefully you are gearing up to O soon.

Thats such good news Angel! And weekly ultrasounds! You have some great doctors there, royal treatment for sure :happydance:

Yeah i had a bit of ewcm this morning, didnt last long but we have been using preseed like last month so if this egg is catchable we will catch it, just have to be patient :dohh:

I really need to work on that heh.

angel weekly US...you really are getting royal treatment...nobody gets to see so much of baby so often....spoilt rotten...lol. so happy all is well and you finally have your sticky one.:happydance::hugs:

sheece "so if this egg is catchable we will catch it" :haha: im sure hoping you shall catch it this month. Mission Catch Egg shall commence soon.... :winkwink:

How is everyone going ?

Im on my 6th day of ewcm, and no temp rise wah. I usually get 2 days max of ewcm so this is new!

Have you had another ultrasound angel?

My next ultrasound is scheduled for this Tuesday afternoon, and then every Tuesday for until I hit 12 weeks. :) I'm so excited, but nervous too.

My symptoms keep coming and going, which make me all sorts of nervous. Yesterday I was pretty nauseous off and on all day, today nothing except minor breast tenderness. Also thinking the breast tenderness is amplified due to my progesterone pills, because in the morning first thing they aren't too sore and they get worse as the day goes on. I take 3 pills a day, at each meal, so by evening it's the worst and then the next morning it's pretty minor.

Sheece - that's a lot of EW! Hopefully you get your temp rise soon! Are you using OPKs? I can't remember. Keep up the BD, looks lke you covered most of your bases. ;) I know that I've had a couple cycles where my temp didn't rise until two days AFTER I O'd (4-5 days after +OPK). I thought I was just Ov way later after the +OPK but in the last cycle the Dr actually confirmed Ov had already occurred and then I didn't get a temp rise until 2 days after. So FF thought I Ovulated 2-3 days later than I actually had according to doctor's scan.

Sheece 6 days ewcm....thats very different...hope you getying enough bding done. The phone apps, the OPK, i dont think anyone is on the nail, ever. Our bodies do their own thing...small factors make big differences in dates. Fx
angel.....do you have to take those pillls for the full 9 months?

I have to take the pills up through 12 weeks and then they'll wean me off of them. I guess by then the placenta should be taking over making the progesterone but until then since my body is not making enough progesterone on its own I stay on the pills to make sure my progesterone doesn't suddenly drop and then cause a miscarriage.

i hope they wean you of slowly just to make sure the placenta doing its job and not just cut you off. we can wait till the 12 week all clear mark. so happy for you.
the baby is a size of a sweet pea....that so cute.

They will wean off slowly. They start to wean off around week 10-12 and do it slowly to make sure the placenta has taken care of it. At 12 weeks you don't need as much progesterone I guess so that's when it's safest to start to wean off.

Thats good. How have you been otherwise? Have you started your new preggy thread? I see the ticker thing....which is cute and funny alltogether for me. How is hubby? Have youll told anyone yet?

Otherwise I'm doing good. Not much in the way of symptoms. Occasional nausea but not bad. DH is doing well. He's anxious but tries not to let on. It's very cute. :)

We've told our mothers and siblings, but no extended family. We've also told our jobs because with me having to go in for weekly U/S, we need our bosses to be understanding. Especially because I'm out of sick leave until next school year.

I joined a pregnancy thread for January babies. But still sticking to some of my TTC threads that I've been in for a long time. THere are a couple I've been part of for almost the entire time i've been TTC and we are small but still there, even though a few are pregnant and a couple are about to have their babies, we like to keep each other updated. :)

Hi girls!

Im onto 11th day of fertile cm now, had a few days of creamy cm but even on those days i had a bit of ewcm, so weird. My temp went up this morning, hoping it goes up again tomorrow, will be cd35! Frustrating.

Im not doing opks, i ran out, but im still using the scope but that hasnt given me any fertile patterns yet so im just relying on temps.

Bit over bding!

I take it your work has been supportive Angel?

Wow sheece! Hopefully the temp spikes!!

My work has been incredibly supportive. I'm so glad to have a boss that is supportive and caring. Plus she has gone through a couple MCs herself, which means she's extra supportive about my ned for all this extra medical attention. :)

its good to not have too much nausea. thats so horrible. it must be so fun to watch DH trying to wrap his head around pregnancy. he and you must be having aha moments the whole day, like aha im pregnant.
happy to know your job/boss is understanding. and once you experience somthing, only then do you truly understand so i guess thats why more she will let you be flexible. with all my ops, im also out of sick leave. mine starts in Dec so i can understand how you need favours.

also its nice that you stayed on this thread. some ladies get preg and forget there ttc journals, but the thing is we all go through all your ups and downs with you and when a lady on the BnB ttc/ltttc get pregnant, i can truly be happy because 1, you tried hard to get what you want and 2, you deserve a BFP and a baby at the end. so glad you still here and keep us updated on your pregnancy as it goes. we will live through you.

Sheece, you temps are all over the place. and CD35?????? oh my word, whats going on there? im hoping your temp keep rising. and then you can do some testing. fx crossed for you

Well FF gave me my crosshairs! On CD34, fingers crossed they stay!

Yay for crosshairs, Sheece! About time! Your BDing looks perfect.

Angel, so glad your work is supportive. I didn't read too far back in the thread, but it looks like you've had scans already - did you post any pics?

I had a scan yesterday and thought I was convinced something was wrong, all is looking good. Saw the little thing squirming around and kicking it's perfect little legs, waving its arms and rolling over. So, so weird to see.
