Can babies have cheese>? Im a little unsure because of it being a dairy product. Ive made my little one some potato and cauliflour and was going to mash some cheese into it?x

I have the feeling you need to wait until 6 months to introduce dairy.

i didnt give my little one cheese untill she was about 7 months. she loves it now but i would say its best 2 wait till 6 months.

You can give cheese + dairy products at 6+ including cow milk in cereals & cooking

As the other girls have said, I think they recommend you wait until 6 months to give dairy products.
We introduced it at about 8 months (I think, seems like ages ago now!) and Joe loves it!
