Chocolate boutique hotel Bournemouth

I posted a couple of days ago saying I was looking somewhere to go
For my 30th. I came across this website and it looks right up my street! Has anyone been, or anyone from nearby? Is it as good as it looks?

Never been so can't comment on the hotel itself.

However, it's a good location and close to the town centre/beach, restuarants, bars etc.
