Chocolate brown and Teal bedding

I'm redecorating (again) and I think I have picked the most difficult colour combo ever but I love what I've done so far, just need some finishing touches..One of them being bedding.

I can't find any nice Brown and Teal bedding anywhere - I've tried all the usual places, ebay amazon dunelm etc. and the only place I've seen one that's nice is some linen place online but it's £65 and I'd rather not pay that much if I can help it - I tend to ruin a lot of my bedding with fake tan or my children come along with something or other on their hands

I'm even willing to get a bit DIY about it if I can find 2 bedding sets that I can add together or mod a little.

I have some lovely teal and chocolate brown bedding but it was bought for us as a gift. It's Ted Baker, and apparently it cost a small fortune (the person who bought it for us tells this repeatedly ) I can't find any either, so I will be stalking this thread

Matalan? They had a few last time I was in there. Our current sets from Primarni, washed weekly for 3 years and in great condition still!

I've looked online at Matalan but they don't have any brown ones at all according to the colour select :S And Primark really need to invest in starting a website and delivery service! I very rarely go into town - I hate it! So I don't get to look there much, but I'm going to have to go and get some shopping in town at some point in the next week or 2 so I'll make sure to go and pop in and have a look.

My Mum just suggested the range..They're not exactly what I'm looking for because I've got an image in my head of what I want which has to be the worst thing you can do but they do have some nice ones so I may get a couple from there anyway x

Harry corrie, I've had that combination from three but awhile ago. I tend to use it for guest rooms as it looks nice it quality isn't amazing, probably on par with Argos. I tend to get better stuff for my bed although I do have a few sets from there.

when I wanted yellow and grey bedding, I bought yellow bedding and grey cushions/throws to accessorize.
Could you do that?

Yeah that's what I'm thinking of doing, brown bedding with teal cushions and a bed runner or throw, but the only brown bedding I've seen that I like is brown and white and it just doesn't look right :/ and I didn't want plain if I could help it. I found some I love that's a similar style to what I wanted:

And I was thinking if I could find some fabric I liked I'd ask an old lady I know who makes them (and many other things) how much she'd do me one for and then kind of accessorise it myself but I can't even find any patterned fabric like it other than some for a sofa lol I'm a picky so and so I know lol if it was any room but my bedroom I'd probably compromise but at this rate I think I'm gonna end up splashing out a little.x

Seriously, id splurge.
No offense to any of the others posted but this one actually made me think "wow" when you posted it.

The quality is probably amazing too, I have some bedding from BHS which i LOVE, and it was equally as expensive but it feels amazing to sleep in! - you will know what i mean if youve ever slept on cheap bedding and then in good bedding.
