Christmas Disaster

My oh my, what a day. Food order collection time at MnS was 3pm. All four of us driving along and the battery light came on the car....10secomds later car stopped, battery dead right at a busy junction! Seriously couldn't make this up!
DH managed to push the car out of the way, I called breakdown company and two hours later we are home but have a car with a dead alternator and battery.....but no food!
Called marks and spencer and we should be able to collect the food tomorrow that's providing our second car is okay, although that's been having problems lately too!
I guess the main thing is we're all okay and safe but really don't need this right on top of Christmas !!

Oh no how typical, glad you're ok though. I have a poorly ds3 and it just feels typical that it's now and not any other day
