Circulation

I have quite bad circulation, I feel the cold really easily and my feet are always like ice if I don't wear socks or slippers. Grace has always had cold hands (obviously they are warm sometimes lol) but most of the time even if it's really warm her hands can be freezing and sometimes they feel clammy and sweaty even if they aren't warm. Could this be down to poor circulation?

I have 3 children and they're hands are ALWAYS cold when they're babies....no matter what you seem to do, especially when they're asleep at night as they're not moving about.

I put gloves on Toby when we're out and he has those fold over sleeves on his all in one snowsuit as well but his little hands are always like ice
