clean start...can anyone help me with my temps

Since i have to start all over again this month then I am gonna start taking my bbt every morning and i was wondering if anyone can tell me some of their temps throughout their cycle. I just want to know what's normal and what temp i should be looking for when i ovulate.

Temps vary for everyone. They should be lower pre-o and higher post -o. I suggest going to https://www.fertilityfriend.com/start.html read the articles. Start clicking on people's charts who have normal length O and AF and getting a feel for what they look like. Annovulatory charts tend to be erratic and temps are all over the place.

I tend to run a little low, but still in the normal range.

I think she was just showing you the site. You can click on the links on FF and compare yours or just look at other charts. Mine is below, but this is my first month charting and I have a long cycle so not sure if mine is the best example!

Your bbt should be in the region of about 35-36c pre-O(sorry, I don't know farenheight!), but some people are naturally hotter and are in the region of about 36-37c maybe even 38. My pre-O temps are around 36.00-36.25c and then go up to about 36.66c post-O... I think was the highest one this cycle! Lol

Basically the average body temperatures about 36.5c. I think anything over 40c is classed as fever.

I know all of that is a bit rambled, sorry! I hope it makes sense lol. Best of luck for this cycle!
