I am new here, but let me try and explain what I am trying to figure out. I think I am about 12dpo and have taken a handful of different pregnancy tests. I have been taking IC's and they are all turning up negative. I took a CB+ and a got an evap line after the normal test period. I took another one on 11/4 and got a BFP right away, yet it is a very thin line. So then I took another IC and it was negative. Today (11/5) I took another CB+ and it was a lighter BFP in the allotted time for testing. I read up on all the False Positives ladies are getting with the CB and it freaked me out...how could I get 3 FP's? I am pulling my hair out and so I bought a Dollar store one and it was negative.
What are your thoughts on these photos? Think the line is too thin to be positive? I will test in the morning with another IC.

Every blue dye test I have ever taken has given me a false positive :( Several diff brands even. As much as it stinks, do not ever trust a blue dye test unless you confirm it with a pink dye one. :( I have been fooled before myself and it is a bad, bad feeling!! I hoep you get your BFP soon!!!

(And "they" say for it to be a true BFP on a blue dye, it has to be a thick line and in the middle. The skinny ones slightly to the left like yours in the pic is just where the dye got caught and is a cruel joke. We should sue!! lol)

Yeah those are, sadly, evaps. Especially that top one...see how the line is really think? One side is thicker then the other? I have had BAD BAD BAD BAD evaps with those blue dye tests. They are EVIL!!!! I would try a FRER or a pink dye test. Good luck!!

The IC's I have used come up negative and the top test in the photo showed up immediately, so I don't think technically it is an evap line, but I do think it is a FP. Boo! How can CB get away with selling a product like this?

We have all wondered the very same thing!!! (A lot of the time we use the term evap for anything that isn't a true positive, including ones like this or indents, or the actual true evaps, lol Mine were there right away too so they weren't technically evaps but they were FP's like you said.)

Yeah I've gotten FP on lots of blue dye tests too, sorry. ALWAYS confirm with a pink dye or digi!! GL!

Was it really an FP?I hav had the same blue thin line on CB followed by negatives on tests taken after ...anxious to know ...
