Clomid and cramping

This is my first month on clomid and I ovulate on my own but my doctor wanted to see if it'd help give me a boost since my progesterone is lower than he'd like. I always feel my ovulation with cramps but this month, I'm cramping horribly on both sides. It hurt to walk earlier! I haven't even gotten a positive opk yet.

Has anyone else experienced such bad cramping? I feel like it's a good thing... that maybe my body is making some good eggs to release lol.

I had this with my cycle in August. But I never did ovulate. Instead I just got a huge painful cyst that took a few weeks to go away. If the pain doesn't go away or you don't get a temp shift I would get checked.

Ok. Thank you. I got what I think is a positive opk today and I typically ovulate the same night or next day after a +opk.
