I'm not sure, steph...I did some googling for you about clots and IB. It seems that it is possible! here is what I found for you: Implantation bleeding can have clots present, though not as common as menstrual bleeding So it is not out of the question

I'm worried maybe clomid is thinning my lining. Although this is only my 2nd cycle.

Today is day 1 of clomid (cd3-7) and the start of cycle #3. The hot flashes should be starting any time soon - my usual side effect. Combine that with the nasty cold I have right now and it could be an interesting week

I see the specialist again Oct 8th and I have some questions for her. Clomid has given me a longer LP - YAY!!! But I've also discovered something else that I don't understand. Before clomid I was having spotting starting late 8dpo/early 9dpo which would lead into af around cd12/13. I was stressing that my progesterone levels must be low, but they are fine -actually high when my bw is checked. Now with clomid I still start spotting 8/9dpo, but then it stops around 12/13dpo. Nothing for a couple days and then af starts 14-16dpo. Now I'm wondering if the spotting is connected to af at all or if this is a sign of another problem.

Started round #3 of Clomid (100mg, D3-7) on Sept 17th. I'm having awful headaches this month that I never had on the 50mg--should have taken it before bed instead of first thing in the morning...oh well.

Me too I really hope this is the bfp cycle!!

My wedding anniversary is Oct 7th and I'm due to o right around that time. What a wonderful gift that would be - to conceive on/close to our 2nd anniversary

Oooooh I think I have an ear infection. Keep getting vertigo - but it started before the clomid so I don't think it's that! Gaaaah.

Oh no - that sucks!!! My left ear has been aching most of the day. I think its from my cold. You better go get it checked

Other than a little teary the only side effect I have had really is the intensity I feel in my ovaries! It's kinda like cramps but like I can feel them growing or so etching! So crazy! Anyone else feel this? I just took my last dose today. Dr out me on 100 mg a day for 5 days even though this is our first month trying! I am hoping for twins lol! I did something I should not have and read some statistics on getting pregnant and it bummed me out. Hoping it's just the hormones getting to me an I can turn this frown upside down

So I still have no idea for sure? I book my obgyn appt for Oct 4. So about five days before af is due. Kitty thanks for the info. Its weird but I really dont think im preg.. I just think crazy short period. Like the first and second month my nipples hurt after ovulation until my period and it goes away until ovulation again. And this last time again it went away after the first day of spotting. So Im not sure. But maybe my linning is thin? Thats what causes really short af right? Hopefully he gives me some answers when I go, or at least a good plan! Its hard doing nothing but taking a pill five days a month. I use opks to but last month I never got a positive but got the pain. Im using the first response ones, and I really liked the clear blue way better! Next month for sure! Hows everyone else?

Update for me... it's CD16 on my first clomid cycle and still no +OPK. Based on my CD12 scan with one 10 mm folicle the dr said he guessed I would O today.

I haven't seen a temp spike either... they seem to be sitting around 97.7. Today was 97.6, then I took it again a few hrs later just to see (because I am obsessed) and it was 97.3. Huh? I thought it was supposed to go up after getting out of bed/showering, etc?

Anyway, I'm supposed to go on Thursday (CD19) for a blood test to look at my progesterone levels. But, I'm thinking if I O between now and then, will my progesterone be high enough to check? If I don't see any sign of O before then, should I wait longer or just move on to the next cycle?

I'm also curious, will I need to take provera again to induce another AF if I don't O, or can I just go straight to a the second round of clomid? I've seen posts both ways.

Ugh... I hate waiting. One more hour until I can POAS again... this has not been a productive day at work...

CD 6 here and also the last day of taking clomid - feeling excited now. It's all beginning to feel real!

Thanks! I had it checked today - it's a minor infection and on its way out now. Also got prescribed some pregnancy-safe meds for the vertigo!

I'm only on CD6 but I'm not having any symptoms so far. I'm starting to freak out that it's not going to work but I know how irrational that is! As for statistics - my FS told me there's an 80% chance we'll conceive on clomid, so keep positive!

I think I did miss the surge last month! Im gonna catch it this month though Pretty freaking happy im not feeling crazy depressed like I was last month. Its funny how the side effects can change like that. So far this month is just headaches...non stop, but if it works it will all be worth it

Good to see your blood test came back good! I just googled what you were testing for, thats really good news!

Hi Ladies,

Looking for anyone who has been successful or is trying the Clomid cycle even though they already O on their own. I am 35 and DH is 41.

We have been TTC for 6 months now, Doc says all seems ok with me, checked my ovaries before ovulation, there was always one egg there ready, I always got positive OPK so its unexplained. Only test left to do (which I would rather postpone), is a possible tube blockage, but unlikely. So decided to try Clomid for 2 months first. Doc said it would boost the amoutn of eggs and therefore the chances on conceiving.

First day on Clomid started yesterday, 100mg. Anyone else trying with Clomid this week?
