just wondering really, the clomid that is sold on the internet, is it real?
they claim it is and its soooo cheap.
just wondering as im meant to be back on it in few months but me googling everything came across places that sell it

I was also wondering the same thing? xx

i have found a site that sells them and the box and tablets that they show look the same, they also have 30 day money back guarantee.plus they are about £28 for 30 50mg tablets!!

mmmm...... desperate times!?!?

Truthfully, I wouldn't take Clomid unless you had instruction from your GP. It's a drug that's going to mess with your hormone levels, unless you have a hormonal imbalance it could royally screw up your cycle. Usually Clomid is only an option after your GP has done a ton of testing and ruled out alot of things. It can also cause hyperstimulation of the ovaries and can even lead to forming cysts. It can also cause hostile CM that can decrease your chance of getting PG.

I'm on Clomid and I am monitored very closely for side effects, I have to go in for ultrasounds and blood tests every week. It's not something you want to take on your own.

Just my 2 cents

oh i understand all that and to be honest i know your right
i was prescribed clomid last year upto 150mg and i haday 21 bloods done, no ov, i had 4 rounds and was told im clomid resistant, thats why i have had the op done, i was not monitored in any way, just sent off with my prescription  (crap doctors round here im thinking)

see the thing is other than last month i dont seem to ov on my own at all and i am going back on clomid in a few months , probably not monitored like before, the way i feel is that if im already broken i cant make things much worse.

i will wait until my next app, because i have to give myself time to see if i ov again on my own but just wondered if they are real or fake, getting to the end of the line now for us

Hi there,
You should also not exceed 6 cycles of clomid as it has an elevated ovarian and cervical cancer risk. I do know why you cant feel you cant mess up things more, however if it wasnt actually clomid it could do more damage ( there are numerous fake viagra sellers online and the tablets are made with brick dust).
I would wait for your dr to put you back on, although I know how you feel hun.
What about soy??? I dont know anything about it, but at least it would be more of a known quantity.
Best of luck. XX

well i ordered my Femara online and its perfectly fine. I am semi being monitored by my OB. He wouldnt prescribe the Femara due to my insurance, but he told me how much to use, etc and if any issues or needs arrive hell check me. So im not just popping pills and thinking all is well. I got 50pills for $50 USD. So my advice would be IF you order it online, get a GOOD site. Dont order off the first one you find. Shop around- look at reviews. There are good sites out there that take prescriptions and that dont.

So no, dont order and pop some pills. At least go to the OB/RE and find out what exactly the issue is and go from there. I dont ovulate but have normal cycles. I cant take Clomid (or its not highly advised due to cyst), so i needed Femara. My insurance is not good and wont cover it. So its either: get pills offline and O OR do nothing.

You could also take the pill to a pharmacist and they can tell you if it is legit.

It will be real Clomid, but i took clomid for 6mths in the past an it requires a lot of monitoring. Blood tests and scans are a must as some women react very badly to this drug which could be fatal if not monitored. It is not a drug to mess about with and i strongly recommend that anyone who feels they need clomid, should vist their Dr and get a professional opinion xxx

Can anyone described the packets to me please so I know if it's real or fake as I took a picture of the ones I have please respond asap

Hi there it's very difficult to know if it's real just from the pack as all brands are different I agree the only way to truly know is to ask a chemist. Good luck!

I had 11 rounds of clonid in total but only 6 in one year they won't let me have more because it is linked with ovarian cancer!! It's really not worth risking that in my opinion.

Please ladies get the meds checked before taking if not from a site that requires a prescription.

I have ordered clomid online in the past most of the time it comes and is the real thing but one time I ordered from a pharmacy in the UK and it was not real clomid so its best to try and get a prescription from your doctor.

Yes, desperation can drive us to try some sketchy stuff...

I tried ordering Clomid off the internet, even paid an extra $5 or more for so called "shipping insurance". Nothing ever came and customer support was unresponsive. I was frustrated, but a couple months later I finally got my PCOS diagnosis and was given an official Rx! Thank goodness!!!

If you have trouble getting any help from your OBGYN, go to a different doctor! It took me 7 doctors (over 17 years), but I finally found someone who paid attention to my symptoms and got me on the right path!

Good Luck, Ladies!!! :hugs:
