Clomid + Progesterone

Hey ladies - those of you with experience with Clomid &/or progesterone, I want you to weigh in on something for me.

I had an IUI this cycle with an abysmal quantity of sperm so I know I'm out. I really can't catch a break because next month DH is traveling for business for 3 days smack dab when I should be ovulating. (FML) Lately I"m having 14 day luteal phases but this is my first month doing Clomid & progesterone. What I'm hoping is that my period stays away for a little longer than normal so my Ov day gets pushed back a bit.

If you've used Clomid or progesterone or both, did you find that it delayed your af at all or was your cycle just normal?

Hi Pink!!

When I took progesterone, my cycle length did not change one bit. However, I have read that for some women, it does lengthen their cycles both for those who got BFPs and those who got BFNs.

I hope that AF stays away for you for at least 3 days (and hopefully for 9 months)!

My cycle was spot on 28 days on the Clomid !

I never had regular cycles before being on the clomid and progesterone. Now that I have been and so long as I take the meds that month my cycles are like clock work.

So far the one thing I'm finding is that I'm not spotting at all yet. Usually I am by now. I had my progesterone tested a few months ago and it came back normal but I swear that was a weird month bc I always suspected I had low progesterone and that it was causing the spotting. Now I really think that's true. doc only gave me the progesterone bc my lining was really thin at O time. Other than that... I really feel normal - my bbs don't even hurt. Oh and I broke out like a pizza face teenager.

hi, i was also put on clomid,progesterone and still on progesterone. it help in implantation too..
