Cm question please read

So I checked my cm today and it was stretchy but cloudy. Could stretch it about an in before it would break. It was almost a cross between ewcm and tacky cm. When should we be dtd? This is our last month til Feb and my app says I should start my fertile week on Wed. However, maybe this is starting a day or two early??? I just started checking cm last month so still new to it. I really am wanting to give it everything we got this month so any advice is welcome.
