Hi All

We are due to go on a coach trip of around 30/45 mins. I know this isn't long at all .

What's the safest way for my girls to travel? DD1 will be 3 1/2 years and DD2 9 months my the time it comes around.

Booster seat/car seat. Not sure of the coach will only have lap belts. Stressing! .

Thanks x

I wouldn't go if it didn't have proper belts as I'd want to use carseats x

I would call and ask the coach company what they recommend and if they provide any type of booster seat for your older one. The younger one, I assume, you could bring your car seat and secure it with a seat belt (I'm assuming you have one you can secure with a seat belt). I've personally not been in a proper coach (not like a city bus) that didn't have normal seat belts, so that should be possible, but I would inquire what they recommend since it's probably not the first time they've had to sort this out.

At those ages we had our older sitting on a seat while the youngest was in their car seat which attached onto the pram while the pram was stowed under the coach. Before we had a car we had to travel 45 mins by bus/coach each way regularly for appointments etc.

Some of ours have lap belts and some dont.. but with the 0+ car seat i found there was that little space between the seats that the car seat jammed in just nice so that it couldnt move at all x
