Coil or something else?! PAIN HELP!

i can not walk to the doctors right now, in pain

I have had the coil for a year, the past two days, my pelvic area is hurting soo much, like contractions! when i go to the toilet it feels like something is trying to get out lol! it also feels like my cervix area is very heavy/like i have a tampon in!

my lower back is hurting too.. im not sure what it is? its like period pains just 10x worse.

im not sure if i have a infection or something? advice please

the only advise i van give you is to go to the doctors until you go and some one can see whats going on. have you took pain killers
