Cold bump?

Lots of questions today sorry! My bump and feet feel really cold to touch but I don't feel cold. Is this normal? It's a new one for me, I've been like an oven so far!! Thanks xx

My tummy is cold quite a lot of the time, I have read that it is because blood vessels are stretched and spread out more!
