I am a student at Columbia Journalism School and am currently doing research for my master's thesis, which will be on egg donation as an assisted-conception treatment.
I am both interested in the sciences as well as in the emotional aspect of the process. I've been talking to physicians, which has been great. But I am would like to have a chance to talk to someone who is going or has gone through the process of conceiving through egg donation.
This will allow me to understand better and more directly what the process of finding an egg donor is like and what some of the personal and emotional implications are.
Would anyone know of someone who would be willing to talk to me? Or a suggestion on where to find someone/a couple that would be willing to talk to me?
