Coming off the pill?/pill qu's??

wasn't sure where to post this, but i really need to come off the pill as it doesn't seem to be agreeing with me, have spoken to my gp and he agree, but i didn't ask how to do it

any suggestions guys, i'm on cezerette and am waiting on a gyne app for my pcos and hopefully to discuss coil options too!

any advice would be great!

also - one more thing - does anyone find that the pill hinders them to lose weight? do you struggle with dieting on it?
